 Yes, there’s a $50 showing fee for each tour and application (application fee not included).  Payment must be in cashier’s check or money order, made payable to "Keller Williams Signature Realty," and is due at the showing to the leasing agent at the time. 

 We’ll guide you through the correct application process and help you submit your application to the listing broker. 

The $50 showing fee is non-refundable if you decide not to sign the lease.
