Federal law allows you to get a free copy of your credit report every 12 months from each credit reporting company. You still be required to conduct a credit check for each property you apply. A trick is that providing a credit report with your application makes verification faster!

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.
